Thank you for shopping with Ascension. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (Canada): 3-5 business days
- Standard Shipping (United States): 1-2 business days
- International Shipping: 6-10 business days depending on destination
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Ascension is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by your local customs authority.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at solajasemi5@gmail.com. We will do our best to assist you in locating your order. Please note that shipping delays due to customs, weather, or carrier issues are outside of our control.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Ascension is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at solajasemi5@gmail.com and we will do our best to make changes before the order ships.
